March Campers of the Month
"I started RBC because I was at a place where I wasn't progressing in my weight loss and needed to try something different for a kick start. At RBC, I found a group of people that pushed and encouraged one another--even when you think you can't do another burpee! The people I have met at boot camp are wonderful and I look forward to seeing them at each class.
Since starting RBC, I am amazed at how my strength has increased and how much of a difference it makes when you follow the right diet. With each session, I feel like I am getting closer to my goal and where I want to be this year.
I am excited about continuing my journey with RBC and look forward to pushing myself and others to reach their fitness goals.
Thanks Amanda for all you do!"
"I needed a change from the exercise routine that I was doing. I was weight lifting and did very little to no cardio. Last May my wife, Tammy, asked me to join boot camp and I failed miserably. Before joining again, I ran around the park many times to prepare for the beat down I was sure to follow. I was not disappointed when I joined boot camp again. The first week was a rocking success--and I apologize to Tammy for laughing at her pain in the beginning. I know it well now.
Since joining RBC, I feel better about myself. I was able to run a Spartan race and enjoy it with my family and the herd of strong, fierce competitors from RBC. I also just participated in a Bridge Run and had the time of my life.
It's tough to say the one thing I like the most about RBC. One memory that comes to mind would be a "toast" I gave at the recent Bridge Run. It has been an eye-opening experience exercising in an encouraging group setting. It has been and will be a privilege to continue."
