What time are the classes?
Classes are held Monday - Saturday at scheduled times
in mornings, late afternoons and evenings.
How much does Rocking Boot Camp cost?
Family Memberships are available, just ask me!
How long are the classes?
Classes are 50 minutes long.
How many times can I attend class per week?
You may attend class as many times a week as you like. We do a different workout everyday.
Do I have to sign up for one specific time?
No, you do not have to sign up for a specific time. You may come at whatever time your schedule permits.
What kinds of classes do you offer?
Our boot camp classes are designed for all fitness levels. In addition to 30 minute and hour-long classes, we are now excited to offer rowing classes: Rock the Row. Ask us about this exciting new class that everyone loves!
What do I need to bring with me to camp?
You will need to bring YOURSELF, a mat or towel, and water.
Can I bring a friend and let them try out RBC?
Yes, you may bring a friend or friends, we love friends, the more the merrier!
I am quite over weight. Can I sign up?
I have had clients who take multiple boot camps and have lost over 50-100 pounds, so it is possible! I know how to work with people of all different fitness levels and love to help everyone. If you are unsure and want to get more information, give Rocking Boot Camp a call and discuss your situation. Rocking Boot Camp's goal is to always help you get and stay healthy.
I have physical limitations can I still sign up?
It would be best to give Rocking Boot Camp a call and talk to me to see if boot camp is right for you. Generally speaking, people who start slow (walking to build up to running) and have no issues tend to do just fine in camp. You should, however, get clearance from your doctor before you begin boot camp or any exercise routine.
I am totally out of shape and have never worked out before. Is boot camp right for me?
My ability to serve every fitness level is unique and amazing things come out of Rocking Boot Camp. You don’t need to be in shape at all because I can get you there--and, more importantly, KEEP you there. It does not matter if you can run at all, come join us! I would love to help push you out of your comfort zone and reach all your goals. You can start by walking and build up to running. Feel free to contact me if you have any more questions.
How will my body change and when will I see results?
The results of Rocking Boot Camp are becoming healthier, leaner, and building muscle without becoming bulky. You'll be a fat burning machine! My campers lose at least 8-15 pounds and 8-20 inches in 4 weeks on Rocking Boot Camp.
